Anywhere in the world
“Anywhere in the world?”
“Yes, anywhere at all”.
“I won’t tell you the clichés, that there is no other place I’d rather be than here. Truthfully, I would want to be at that place on earth where the ocean meets the mountain. Where the ends of the planet seem to meet in harmony. Where all nature is at peace. There is no evident – and ugly – human intervention in sight. It’s just you and the world. And your soul is calm. Like everything around you”.
“Is there really such a place?”
“I sure hope so, otherwise I’ll be searching in vain”.

My mind just went to a place in a rain forest, animals, colorful flowers, but me in a big bubble because I know some of the rain forest creatures can be pretty big!

I honestly think if I lived in a bubble I would have nothing to complain about!

I think this person understands that they exist, even if only in dreams.

Where ever you go, there you are. I prefer to call them idioms. Humanity can be beneficial, if the human so chooses, right?

Indeed. It’s all about what you make with what you have…

Perhaps there is no such place. The idea of untouched wilderness is a story we started to tell ourselves in the nineteenth century, perhaps because we had become so disconnected from each other

Wouldn’t it be lovely though to hold on to the hope that maybe somewhere such a place existed?

I wonder; is it an Island in the Pacific with all mod cons or a remote hut in the highlands of Scotland with a trout stream and constant midges.
Our could our soul find peace in a large city, where everything is provided?

I think it depends on what we really need…or what we’re looking to find…
