Book Nook
He was seven years old when he first saw one. It had the form of a post box but was transparent with two shelves and books in it.
At first, he was mindful of going near it or even checking it out, no matter how much his curiosity for the books inside overwhelmed him.
He was a book-lover but the fact that he proclaimed he wanted to be a writer was frowned upon in his community. Closed minds react to open windows.
He still remembered the book he borrowed from there.
He used a quote in his novel years later.
